Well, the votes are in. The results were 71 for yellow lines, 62 for leaving things as they are and 38 for bollards. What is great to see is the level of engagement - 170 votes means that over half the village took part, a percentage that many elections don't achieve!
The village's preference was for yellow lines, the first option on the voting slip. In any event, the result means that there is a clear mandate for addressing the problem somehow, with the change vote split between lines and bollards. We look forward to seeing how the Parish Council takes this forward!
